She has served on the board since 2009. She works for Chemical Bank in downtown Fennville. Since starting with the bank in 2000, she has held many positions but most recently she focuses on helping business owners find assistance and solutions to make their dreams a reality. Her community involvement during her career includes working with various non-profit organizations. Linda Barnes owns HOPN Pizza and Grinders and has been there 4 ½ years. Prior to HOPN she worked in the Tasting Room at Fenn Valley Winery. She is married and has 3 kids. She enjoys being active in our Community and playing Pool in her spare time. Vice President Jodi Welscott is a Branch manager of Huntington Bank and has been working in Banking for over 20 years. She is the Chair of the Events Committee and also is the Director of the Fennville Goose Festival. She is very passionate about volunteering in the Community and continuing to grow and develop the Lakeshore area. Her and her husband Kevin have two boys which enjoy baseball and boating. Treasurer Gary Krier is a recently retired marketing executive residing now in Fennville. His past experience includes President of Sales and Marketing Services, Inc. Oak Brook, IL, and Senior Vice President of Channel Marketing for MC Sales and Consulting out of Carmel, IN. Gary earned his BS degree at St. Cloud State University, in St. Cloud, MN and grew up in Minneapolis, MN. He is married to Mary Ann, his wife of 46 years. Secretary Barb Burmeister enjoys living in the Fennville area on Hutchins lake and selling real estate with Five Star Real Estate Lakeshore. Three children and their spouses plus seven grandchildren live in Fennville and West Olive. Her son, Michael owns the Button Art Gallery in Douglas. Our Board Secretary continues to explore even more benefits to being a Chamber Member. Dr. Curtis Day owns Saugatuck Chiropractic Clinic LLC and is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Day grew up on a dairy farm in Northern WI and has been providing individualized care for over 21 years. He had his clinic in Chicago for many years and was a board member on the Cham-ber of Commerce there for 15 years. Dr. Day is your primary care professional for spinal health and well-being. Larry Fuerst operated Hidden Pond, a local Bed and Breakfast just outside of Fennville, for 18 years. Between guests, he was a pilot for United Airlines, flying the 777 to Europe and Asia. He retired in December after 48 years of flying. He has lived in Fennville for over 25 years, He attends church, volunteers there, at Fenn Valley Winery, and at many of the Chamber’s activities. He enjoys driving race cars. He is married, and still lives at Hidden Pond. Glen McNeil is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones Investments. His office is lo-cated in Saugatuck. Having moved to Western Michi-gan almost two years ago with his wife Monica and the youngest two of his five children, Glen and his fam-ily are enjoying all that this area has to offer. He is ex-cited to continue to build his business alongside all the great business owners in our community. Jeff Mathieu and his wife Anne are the owners and innkeepers of The Amble Inn, which is a log cabin bed & breakfast. After being a mechanic for over 30 years, Jeff was looking for a change and Anne suggested purchasing a B&B. A few short months later, the dream turned into reality. We chose this area because we wanted to be part of a small community, and Jeff joined the Fennville Chamber so that he could actively support the area and help the community grow.
