No refunds will be given after the conclusion of a class or program. • If you cancel a class before the class begins: $5 cancellation fee charged for classes $50 and under, 10% cancellation fee charged for classes over $50 (per enrollee/student). • If you cancel a class after the class has started your refund will reflect the cancellation fee and the refund will be prorated for classes held regardless of attendance. Returned Checks: Processed by Check Redi - See page 2 Waitlist: Registrants will be placed on a waitlist if the class has reached its maximum enrollment. Do not attend the class unless our office contacts you. We reserve the right to revoke offers, correct errors, change prices, and make policy changes at any time. Discounted Programs & Classes Because classes must be financially self-supported through fees, you may be asked to pay up to the full rate under some circumstances. • Seniors 60 and older may be eligible for a 50% discount on all classes advertised in our guide, excluding all Salt Valley Arts classes and at the discretion of Saline Community Education. • Students who are approved to receive Free or Reduced Lunch through the Saline Food Service Department are eligible to receive 15% off Community Education Programs and classes. Please call 401-4020 to request your discount and to register for classes. Student Assistance Policy Any student serving a suspension is not eligible to participate in any Community Education program until suspension is served. Transporting Children Please note the scheduled time of the activity so that children can be dropped off and picked up promptly. Supervision is not available beyond the scheduled times of the activity, making it inappropriate to drop children off early or pick them up late. Participants with Special Needs Saline Community Education will provide reasonable accommodations for participants with special needs. To maximize the participant’s success in our programs, we ask that at the time of registration, or before that, you please communicate the nature of the participant’s needs with our department.
